This infographic storyboard had to be easily accessible, printable – and of course shareable on Social Media.
It was designed to illustrate simple measures employers can take to help new breastfeeding mums feel comfortable with their return to work. It also helps reassure employees that their concerns around returning to the workplace, while breastfeeding, are not uncommon and can be addressed.
At the end of the day simple measures can benefit both employees and employers.
The storyboard was developed from a research study ‘Maternal well-being, infant feeding and return to paid work’ and was produced by Professor Sarah Jewell with the support of The University of Reading Research Endowment Fund.
